Day of arrival – Cambridge by Klaudia Micsinai

After we landed we went to Cambridge for some sightseeing in boats on the river Cam. This is called punting and you need a pole for moving your boat around. Some of our immensely brave teachers tried it and they succeeded in moving the boat forward.
The colleges have more than five bridges, wonderful buildings and quiet interesting stories about their history from students’ tricks to a beheaded lord.
After that we fell into some groups and went for a walk in the town.
Finally we came back to the coach and went to Broadstairs to meet our host family.
